Did you know that milk is a secret ingredient in most beauty creams? The white liquid contains many nutrients for flawless skin when used alone or with other kitchen ingredients.

Milk improves skin complexion just by applying raw milk on your skin. It also acts as an excellent cleanser and shrinks pores.

Try nourishing milk and avocado face mask at home this weekend.

  • Ingredients

1 tablespoon milk

1/4 ripe avocado

  • Method

Mash avocado to form a paste e in a small mixing bowl.

Add 1 tablespoon of milk until you form a smooth mixture.

Slather the mixture onto your clean face in a gentle circular motion.

Let the face mask settle for 10 to 15 minutes.

When the mask has completely dried up, use a warm washcloth or just our fingertips and warm water to rinse off.

Splash your face with cool water. Pat dry with a soft clean towel.
