Famous model recreates Pharrell's style

Joan Smalls channels Pharrell Williams in the 2015 CFDA Awards Journal and it's to perfection.

Pharrell was recently announced to be honoured at the prestigious Council Of Fashion Designers Of America (CFDA) set to take place in a few days.

As a tradition each year, the CFDA produces a limited-edition "journal" that features images and short profiles on the nominees and honorees which Pharrell was supposed to be in as well but couldn't make the shoot so model Joan Smalls stepped in to represent him!

The stunning model was photographed as a stand-in featuring her in an undone shirt over baggy denim styled in Pharrell signatures including his Vivienne Westwood hat and Adidas track jacket and Stan Smiths embellished with Swarovski crystals!

CFDA CEO; Steven Kolb reveals in an exclusive statement; " has made a style statement ever since he came on the music scene. "His interest in fashion is no secret to anyone, and we couldn't think of a better person to honor with this award. Joan Smalls was able to perfectly embody Pharrell's style for the journal."
