2 Ways To Lose Belly Fat Naturally

Troubled about belly fat?

A lot of unhealthy habit cause belly fat from eating late at night to taking carbonated regularly, to eating in large portions and many more.

1) Warm Lemon Water

Lemon - 1

Water (warm)- 1 glass

Direction:

1. Take the lemon and squeeze into the warm glass of water.

2. You can also use water at room

3. Mix together (you can use a fruit mixer) and take the lemon water on an empty stomach in the morning.

4. Don’t eat anything for about 30/40mins after you take the lemon water.

Do this first thing in the morning

2.) Cranberry Juice

You Need:

Unsweetened cranberry juice- 8 oz.

Water- 56 oz.

Direction:

1. Blend cranberry juice with water to get your day’s supply of the mix.

2. Have one glass of this cranberry-water at intervals throughout the day.

(You may have a drink each before breakfast and lunch, after supper, and at different times of the day).

Cranberries in digestive proteins. They also help you diminish fat.
