Final payments, walkthroughs, headcounts, and  even last minute cancellations these last little details are often the most important, and the most stressful. Fear not take a breath, relax, and consider giving these tips a whirl to wakeup on your wedding day relaxed, refreshed, and ready to become a Mrs.

Plan your time

There are only so many hours in a day, but it's easy to forget that while in the final throws of wedding planning. If you haven't already, invest in a pretty paper planner, notebook instead of just adding tasks to your never-ending to-do list.

By actually making "appointments" for tasks, they suddenly don't seem so daunting, and by scheduling your time for specific tasks you feel more accomplished, organized, and ready to handle whatever your wedding week throws your way.

Sleep

While it's tempting to burn the midnight oil in the days and nights leading up to the wedding  don't! Do all you can to stick to your sleep routines, as lack of sleep can affect memory, health, and mood (and of course the dread dark circles and puffiness that nobride wants). Be certain to get your 6-8 hours each night, and you'll awake refreshed and focus to tackle each day's wedding chores.

Need help falling asleep because you've got too much on your mind? Look into pre-bedtime yoga routines, aromatherapy, and mindfulness exercises to help you as you drift into (wedding) dreamland.

Exercise

Obviously, exercise is essential to healthy living, but it's also imperative in order to be a calm, cool, and collected bride-to-be. Aside from the countless benefits of exercise, calming, feel-good endorphins are also released (specifically during cardio) that can improve your mood, release stress and enhance your overall wellbeing.

While a long trip to the gym may not be possible, try to tackle your phone calls while walking around your neighborhood, pop in a workout DVD (or Netflix) in between appointments, or find other ways to get your body moving.
