When your workout has made you extra sweaty, you can drink this juice as a means for helping your body recover and replenish electrolytes lost while sweating. Red, orange and yellow juices overall provide a good source of electrolytes (mainly potassium and some sodium).

Ingredients

2 beets (beetroot)

4 small carrots

1 pear

2 handfuls of fresh parsley (or 1 teaspoon dried to add post-juicing)

2 kale (Tuscan cabbage) leaves

Directions

Wash all produce well.

Peel the beets.

Add all produce through juicer and enjoy!
