Leave it to Kim to have a positive attitude about it though. After this many years, Ive really learned to live with it, Kim said on her website in late 2016. I dont even really try to cover it that much anymore. Sometimes I just feel like its my big flaw and everyone knows about it, so why cover it?

Psoriasis is a fairly common skin issue. In fact, according to the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD), about 7.5 million Americans have it. It happens when a persons immune system sends faulty signals that tell skin cells to grow too quickly. When those cells overproduce, they pile up, causing patches on a persons skin.
