Rather, it's an apparently serious political possibility for 2020, as discovered by Public Policy Polling, one of the most accurate polling services available.

PPP's latest poll, released today, found that, in a hypothetical race between Trump and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, the movie star tops the current president by 5 percentage points. Even more interesting is the fact that 15 percent of those polled who said they voted for Trump in 2016 were swung to Johnson's side.

The reality of a Johnson-led campaign has slowly been surfacing over the past couple weeks. Michael Moore endorsed the Fate of the Furious leading man in an interview with Variety. Then, in a cover story for GQ headlined "Dwayne Johnson For President!", Johnson acknowledged that a presidential run is a "real possibility." The Rock's quote was of a piece with earlier admissions from a British GQ story in 2016, when he said that he found the possibility of being elected governor or president "alluring." From there, the Washington Post published an op-ed legitimizing the prospect, and since then it's been on the back-burner for 2020.

Now that the Rock is being floated in the polls as a potential candidate, we have to ask: Is this actually going to happen? Is the possibility of Donald Trump and The Rock squaring off to lead the United States of America becoming increasingly real? Surely, this is how it starts, right? First, it seems like a joke; then, you start saying, "Well, maybe." Next thing you know, The Rock is going full beast mode in the Oval Office.

Gold War

In other news, PPP also found that the Golden State Warriors, who are currently on the inside track to represent the Western Conference in the NBA Finals, are the preferred team to hoist the Larry O'Brien trophy at the end of the playoffs. However, most of the voters weren't sports fans. A whopping 40 percent said they didn't care who won. 21 percent sided with the Dubs, 17 percent chose the Boston Celtics, 14 percent were for the Cleveland Cavaliers, and just 8 percent supported the Spurs.

5 Reasons Why We Drink and Drive

An April survey from Cheap Car Insurance found out some interesting info about the habits of drunk drivers in America. Namely, the reasons why we decide to drink and drive. Of the 1,000 drivers surveyed, 71 percent said they did it because they thought they were capable. The other reasons were lack of transportations options; the belief they would not get caught; fear of leaving their car where it was parked; and the fact that they'd done it before and thought they could do it again.

Furthermore, Cheap Car Insurance also found that, when we do drink and drive, the place that 94 percent of those surveyed were trying to get was, unsurprisingly, home.
