Rapper Addresses The Nation On Independence Day

BBnZ’s E.L has addressed the nation on Independence Day on a brand new single titled “State Of The Nation.”

BBnZ record act, E.L has come a long way in the music industry but it’s rare to see him or hear him add his voice to the ongoing political brouhaha. This time, the self-acclaimed “Best African Rapper” has released a new single titled “State Of The Nation” – an address that focuses on exposing the hustle Ghanaian citizens are going through and its effects.

To draw the government’s attention to the economic hardship that Ghanaians are facing, E.L highlighted issues like the erratic power supply, corruption, stagnated developmental projects, riff-raff leaders, etc.

“Yo! This is my state of the nation address; this is no hating, am just stating the facts

Updating the mess is on the situation we’re facing

In these hard times of elevated prices

Engery crisis

Load shedding plans got your destiny decided

Beyond the truth

Beyond the reasonable doubts

Ladies and gentlemen

Allow me to state for the regular

Unwilling with this type of condition in which we’re living in

A living testament of civilians who are innocent

Are pretty caught in the system

On the second verse of the song, he however highlighted some of the jobs issues affecting University graduates, the right measures our politicians must put in place to enable the country forward and urged all politicians to put their differences aside and try to work together.
