Celebrated Ghanaian Highlife artiste, Kofi B, has praised his colleague Reggae/Dancehall act, Ras Kuuku. According to Kofi, Ras is a multi-talented musician, thus, the media and Ghanaians should give him more attention.

Recounting on meeting and working with the Reggae star for the first time, the "Koforidua Flowers" singer said;

"When his team came to me and was like they wanted me on a song, I asked which artiste do they want me to feature? They replied Ras kuuku. I was like Ras Kuuku, Ras Kuuku...

I have heard his name but I wasn't really familiar with his songs. Then one of the guys (team members) said the "Adi3 B3 Kyi" hit maker. I was like yea yea, that conscious song.

So I said but why do you want me on a Reggae song? And they said it wasn't Reggae, its strictly Highlife. I requested the song should be played and on hearing it, I was shocked. I didn't even listen to his verse.

I asked who played the beat and they said Roro. I wasn't surprised the beat was on point, so we scheduled a date and we went to the ROKA House of Muzik to record.

When I got there and listened to what Ras Kuuku has already done, I noticed what I listened was just a tip of an iceberg. I was really shocked a Reggae/Dancehall artiste could sing pure Highlife."

Touching on Ras Kuuku's talent, the singer disclosed that, he hasn't met Ras Kuuku's type ever since he started his music career.

"I haven't met a Reggae/Dancehall act in Ghana who is versatile like this. He is multi talented and the media has to pay attention to his work. I have listened to a couple of his songs and they really make sense. We need sensible songs to put Ghana on the Map. Ghanaians like promoting mediocre which has to stop," he stated.

"Ras Kuuku really gave me a tough time on this song I know the song will be a hit as I put in my best as I always do on my songs. "Me Fewo" will make waves its for the old and new," he concluded.
