Management of Sony Music have refuted claims that Beyonce’s catalog would be pulled from Jay Z's new music business front, Tidal’s streaming service.

Sony Music CEO, Doug Morris addressed the matter and denied any plans to remove Mrs Carter's music from Tidal music services.

In a report by Rolling Stone, Morris said, “Jay Z is a friend and business associate for many years. I have always admired his business acumen, his entrepreneurship and his passion for music. All of our content, including Beyoncé, is available through the Tidal service, and we have announced no plans to remove our catalog from Tidal. Like all of our other partners, we are rooting for Jay and Tidal to succeed.”

According to reports, Tidal has in the past weeks provided exclusive content such as Jay Z's B-Sides concert and Nicki Minaj’s 'Feeling Myself' video.
