Knii Okunka Blankson’s musical talent unfolded when he was very young and he has been in the music scene since 1988. He was influenced by the music of Bob Marley, Osibisa, Michael Jackson, A.B Crentsil and Luther Vandross. Knii Lante grew up in Accra, performed at numerous events both in and outside Ghana.

He was featured on Blakk Rasta’s popular hit single “BARRACK OBAMA” which he sung to commemorate the current president of America. The late Michael Dwamena also featured him on his hit song “NGOZI” which won an award in 2007/2008 for Best Collaboration.

In 2010, Knii Lante released his debut album “LOVE & REVOLUTION” produced by his long time friend; Zapp Mallet, Robert Johnson and Joe Amoah.
