Sister Deborah and Nero X exit, Edem and D-Black make entry

Born Starz winner, Nero X and controversial Sister Deborah exit this week's chart as VRMG's Edem and Black Avenue Muzik's D-Black make entry. See more shake up in this week's chart below.

Welcome to another edition of Pulse Music Video Charts – a weekly countdown of trending music videos on the local screens and other online streaming platforms.

This week, we had double exit and entry as Nero X and Sister Deborah make way for Edem and D-Black.

Viasat 1's Born Starz winner, Nero X has been on the charts over a month with his breakthrough hit “Osey” – a song produced by Apietus. The video which was directed by Take 2 Filmz couldn’t make it to the top 5 but has fairly had stable performance on the charts.

Another exit on this week’s chart is Sister Deborah. Her popular “Borla” video which was directed by Prince Dovlo has one of the most beautiful storylines of our time. Since the video was released on December 1, 2014, she has dominated the top 5 list for five consecutive months but unfortunately, she has to make way for other new trending videos to enter the charts.

Also, for the first time, we have double entry on our charts. D-Black debuts the charts with his much anticipated “Shigbogbo” video which was shot and directed in Canada by Lex MacCarthy. "Shigbogbo" which is a North K slang word that means to hustle with all of your energy and paying no mind to naysayers or haters features dope Akan lyrics from the Mad Time Entertainment’s Kwaw Kese.

VRMG’s Edem, also makes entry for the second time with the visuals for “Delaila” featuring award-winning Nigerian rapper, M.I Abaga after he lost out on the charts last year with the visuals for “The One” remix which features Sway. The fresh and vibrant music video directed by David Nicol-Sey tells the 'Sampson and Delaila' story with an urban and contemporary twist - reflecting the heavy afro-beat signature of the single produced by Genius Selection.

Also, Bisa Kdei, who has dominated the chart for more than a month still holds the no. 1 spot with “Saa.” The video directed by Prince Dovlo so far has one of the best storylines amongst the trending music videos.

Sarkodie takes over the no. 2 spot with his dangerous “Revenge Of The Spartans” video. Stonebwoy also takes the 7th spot with “Come Over” which features Lynx Entertainment’s MzVee.
