Aftermath of AFCON 2015 Black Stars To Receive US $25,000 Each

Each Black Stars player will be paid an amount of $25,000 dollars.

The senior national team, Black Stars after coming second in AFCON 2015 in Equatorial Guinea will receive a whooping US$25,000 each, President John Mahama has announced.

The amount will be added to the US$50,000 bonus package each player bagged for reaching the final of the final of the continental tournament.

According to John Mahama, “We are grateful to the team and this is a team for the future and the sky we know will be the limit”.

He stated that government is pleased to announced that “We are giving each one of you an amount of US$25,000 for going that far”.

President Mahama made this known during a breakfast meeting with the players at the Flagstaff House.

The Black Stars arrived in Ghana after losing to the Elephants 8-9 on penalties.
