“I initiated the school while as an assemblyman at Seikwa as part of a campaign promise at the time. It was later absorbed by government and in commemoration of the 25th anniversary, I pledged an anniversary project. I have since commissioned the silver jubilee project which is made up of four units of two-bedroom flats for teachers and handed it over to the DCE of the area who intend handed it over to the school”.
“The board decided to name the project after me upon persistence so I have accepted it and it was accordingly done”, he told Accra-based Okay FM.
He further advised Assembly members not to rely on Common Funds to initiate projects but to rather take the initiative through effective planning to develop their own communities.
