Maurice Ampaw says evidence of Gyan's sex scandal intact

Maurice Ampaw has claimed that Gyan sodomised Kwablah in the said video.

Lawyer for Sara Kwablah, the 22-year University student who is said to have threatened to release into the public domain a sex tape involving the Black Stars skipper, Lawyer Maurice Ampaw has said that the evidence in relation to the case still remain intact despite a vandalisation of his vehicle by unknown persons.

Lawyer Maurice Ampaw speaking on radio stations in Accra said the windscreen of his 4x4 vehicle was vandalized on Wednesday evening at a filling station in his Laterbiokorshie neighbourhood.

According to him, he suspects foul play in the attack, especially as none of the many cars that were parked at the filing station at the time was touched.

“No, no, the evidence for the case remains intact…I guess they were looking for some evidence, but I have kept the one in relation to the case intact…,” he said.

Lawyer Maurice Ampaw’s client is accusing the Black Stars skipper of refusing to take care of her after being pregnant for him.

Asamoah Gyan is however demanding a paternity test; a request which Lawyer Maurice Ampaw insist would be carried out after the baby is born.

The story has since assumed various dimensions with a lady who claims to be Sara Kwabla indicating that her picture was mistakenly used for the story.

Though the burglars did not make away with anything, Lawyer Ampaw said he suspects foul play because of his involvement in the sex tape saga.

“I know people don’t like me because I’m very honest when it comes to my legal role and I’m sure someone needs some sort of information from me, but I’m ready to battle them if they come face to face.

Maurice Ampaw has also claimed that Gyan sodomised Kwablah in the said video.

Kwabla is therefore demanding a house and a maid, a Ghc4000 monthly stipend in order not to release the video.

He did not disclose whether he would press charges or not.
