Footsoldiers On Rampage

Some irate supporters of the NDC in Kumasi run riot and locked up the party's office.

Some foot soldiers of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region went on rampage on Tuesday and locked up the party’s office.

The irate supporters claim the regional executives of the party are sabotaging President John Mahama adding that the newly elected executives are not doing their work as expected and so must be removed from office.

The group however locked up the party’s office and seized the key.

Another group of the NDC went to unlock the office and threatened to cause harm to the angry footsoldiers which led to a clash.
