Wisa's 'indecent' video showed in court as evidence

Wisa is facing a charge of gross indecent exposure at the law courts after he exposed his genitals

The video clip capturing hiplife artiste Wisa showing his genitals to live audience was shown in court in the ongoing trial of the artiste.

The video which was tendered in court by the prosecution as evidence against Wisa was viewed by all in an open court.

The artist who pleaded not guilty to charges of gross indecent exposure was arraigned at a Circuit Court after showing his genitals on stage at Citi FM’s Christmas Eve concert, December 2 Remember, at the Accra International Conference Center Last year.

But lawyer for Hiplife artiste Wisa Gried, Jerry Abgenovor has questioned the fairness of the Ghana police in the handling of his client’s matter.

According to the lawyer during cross examination of the prosecution the accused the police that it has failed to arrest and try popular Ghanaian pastor, Daniel Obinim who publicly showed the genital of another man with the pretext of healing him.
