Child burnt to death in fire outbreak
The fire spread to several other wooden structures and destroyed properties in the process.

The cause of the fire is yet to be known. However, reports say the fire broke about 1.00 pm after a young girl in whose care the child was entrusted tried to cook with a gas stove in a kitchen next to where the baby slept.
The mother of the deceased was said not to be around when the incident occurred.
Personnel from the Fire Service were at the scene to douse the blaze.
