Winneba Crime Officer, ASP Rev John Agbemabiese said the suspect, upon reaching Gomoa Mpota stopped and alighted from the vehicle, pretending that she had run out of fuel.
He said the woman’s husband gave her a gallon to go and buy some fuel. The suspect then boarded a KIA truck but was stopped by the police patrol team when she got to Winneba junction, ASP Agbemabiese said.
The suspect subsequently transferred the whitish substance into her daughter’s pocket, but the police swooped upon her at that point.
