Court adjourns Nyantakyi's case against Songo et al
The case was adjourned due to the unavailability of the judge hearing the case.

The parties are expected back in court on the 9th of November, 2016.
Kwesi Nyantakyi is demanding $2m for defamation.
The case is entitled 'Kwesi Nyantakyi versus Patrick Osei Agyemang, Kofi Asare Brako and Multimedia Limited'.

The GFA boss is suing the Countryman Songo, Abatay and the media company for ‘years of consistent lies and calculated negative campaigns.’
The defendants have since filed their witness statements for the court to start hearing the case. All the parties were present in court.
