The Police prosecutor, Inspector Ernest Acheampong prayed the court to issue a bench warrant to arrest the accused persons for their failure to appear in court.
Nii Ayi Bonte II and his accomplices, Nii Okaikoi also known as Korle We and one Francis aka Korea Man had been served notice but failed to appear in court.
The Court presided over by Mrs Ruby Naa Adjeley Quaison declined to issue the bench warrant for their arrest.
The court however directed that "if the Police wanted the accused persons to appear in court they know what to do".
The case has been adjourned to February 23, 2017.
