Let's commit to a borderless continent - Kenyatta

“Kenya is open for business,” he decarled, adding that African governments must harmonize their vision with the “continental vision.”

 

Addressing the 59th Independence Day parade in Accra, President Kenyatta, he noted that in as much as African nations are working to develop the continent, “a lot more can be done.”

According to him, Africa is a making a deliberate shift to boost intra-Africa trade for the ultimate development of the whole continent in the spirit of pan-Africanism

He encouraged Ghana to continue to work together with his country, Kenya so as to enhance trade between the two countries “which continues to record steady growth.”

President Kenyatta was the Special Guest of Honour for the 59th Independence anniversary celebration which was on the theme; "Investing in the Youth for Ghana's Transformation."
