Limping KKD's Case Adjourned To February 5

The case involving ace broadcaster, Kwasi Kyei Darkwah (KKD), who has been accused of rape, has been adjourned to February 5.

The case was adjourned after defence attorneys and state prosecutors asked for time to study the bill of indictment.

The court accepted their request and adjourned the case to February 5.

The state, after last week’s hearing, indicated that it will go ahead with the prosecution of KKD, for rape.

According to the state prosecutors, they will prosecute KKD even though the alleged victim, Ewuraeffe Orleans Thompson has written of her disinterest in the case.
