ANAS JUDGE SUES CID OVER ‘BRIBE’

Justice Paul Uutter Dery, one of the 12 high court judges implicated in the Anas Aremeyaw Anas bribery and corruption scandal, has sued the Director General of the Criminal Investigations Department of the Ghana Police Service.

DVLA $3.6M DEAL TURNS $9.9M

The Parliamentary Select Committee on Transport is investigating how the sum if a contract awarded to Foto-X by the Driver and Vehicle Licencing Authority (DVLA) to print driving licences mysteriously jumped from $3.6 million to $9.9 million – almost thrice the actual contract sum.

4 ASAWASE MURDER SUSPECTS CAGED

Four suspects allegedly involved in the murder of Abubakar Sadiq, an activist of the New Patriotic Party in the Asawase constituency in Kumasi, including the constituency chairman, Isaac Brenya, have been remanded in police custody by the Asokwa magistrate court to reappear on November 24, 2015.
