One of the Parliamentary aspirants contesting the Nhyiaeso constituency seat, Awa Abdul Aziz, has bowed out of the race to support the incumbent Member of Parliament (MP), Richard Anane.

Speaking to Citi News’ Magadalene Larnyoh, Awa said: “Having gone to all the polling stations and discussed with a lot of people in the constituency, I’m highly enthused that when we rally behind Dr. Richard Anane, the party will help him retain his seat come 2016.”

She believes her decision will also help “bring Nana Addo into power.”

“Our current economic challenges demand that the NPP and Ghana as a whole select people like Dr. Richard Anane in Parliament,” she added.
