“Look at the anguish the average Ghanaian has to go through in ensuring that their children go to school from kindergarten to Senior High School,” Mr. Hammond said.

“I can assure you that on January 7 when Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom is inaugurated as the President of the Republic of Ghana, BECE as we know it today will be abolished and all of our children in the Junior High Schools will know that come September, they will be going into Senior High Schools,” he added.
