President Mahama’s contender to pick another form

The aspirant has since been engaged in verbal articulations with some members of the party, especially Mr Asiedu Nketia

The NDC organiser at the Oyarifa branch in the Madina constituency, Mr. George Boateng, who has vowed to unseat President Mahama has said he will pick another presidential nomination forms on monday. Mr George Boateng had earlier on picked forms to contest the primaries. But, the party insisted he was given the wrong form which turned out to be the draft copy of the original forms.

The general secretary of the party, Mr. Johnson Asiedu Nketia has asked Mr. Boateng to come back to the party headquarters for the original forms to be given to him.

The development, Mr Boateng believes is the party’s way of trying to disqualify him from the contest.

“I want to tell Asiedu Nketiah that I’m coming to the Headquarters Monday to pick up another form if they insist I should do so, I’m committed to unseating President Mahama to salvage Ghanaians out of the difficulties President Mahama’s poor governance has brought on the citizenry”, Mr. Boateng said on Kasapa FM.

Meanwhile, the party has sacked two of its officials who sold out the nomination forms to the party.
