Former NHIA boss to replace Seth Terkper as Finance Minister

Pulse.com.gh has learnt that barring any last minute changes heads of some key state-owned organisations will be reassigned or removed from their posts.

Information reaching Pulse.com.gh indicates that President John Mahama's impending reshuffle could see the former Chief Executive Officer of the National Health Insurance Authority, Sylvester Mensah take up the job of Seth Terkper as the Minister for Finance and Economic Planning.

Mr. Mensah will be tasked to salvage the nation's ailing economy.

Sylvester Mensahhas beenrelieved of his position after six years in office.

The impending reshuffle in the Mahama administration is expected to sweep through the seat of government to the ministries, hitting some state institutions.

Meanwhile, the Chief Executives of the National Health Insurance Authourity (NHIA), National Pensions Regulatory Authourity (NPRA) and the National Identification Authourity (NIA) have all been relieved of their positions.

The Chief Executive of the NHIA Sylvester Mensah has been replaced with his Deputy Nathaniel Otu.

Josiah Cobbah of the National Identification Authority is replaced with Kwame Griffiths whiles a former member of the Brazil Commission of Enquiry Kofi Anokye Owusu Darko, takes over from Laud Senanu at the National Pensions Regulatory Authourity.
