Mahama delivers State of the Nation Address today

President John Mahama is expected to deliver his last State of Nation address today, Thursday, February 25, as required by the constitution.

 

The presentation, which comes ahead of the November 7 polls is expected to focus on measures and efforts being put in place  to ensure a peaceful and credible elections.

The president is also expected to update the nation on the status of Ghana's economy since the country entered into a three-year financial bailout agreement with the International Monetary fund.

President Mahama is likely to make references to his 2015 State of the Nation Address and point out some key achievements his administration has chalked so far.
