On the basis of that, Ramadan is also asking the court to nullify the register since it has the names of people who registered with the NHIS Card.

The Supreme Court also by a unanimous decision today dismissed a joinder motion filed by the Chairman of the People's National Convention (PNC), Bernard Monah.

Lawyer for Monah, Raymond Atuguba prayed the court to grant the joinder since the matter at hand is of national interest, and that Abu Ramadan is also a PNC member.

But the court, presided over Chief Justice Georgina Wood, dismissed Monah's pleas.
