A careful examination revealed that there was sand on the floor indicating that some fuel might have spilled and it was cleaned with the sand.

According to the security man, at about 2:30am Monday, the suspect, jumped the fence, wall into the building and went straight to the generator to siphon fuel.

He said he managed to  arrest him, unleashed some slaps and later tied him up till daybreak.

The suspect was later handed over to the police as further investigation are being carry on.
