“Mrs. Attionu is out of the country on an important family assignment. She has committed to full cooperation, without prejudice, immediately on her return. In her absence and until her return, her attorneys Lexkudoz Law Firm, will begin the process of engagement with EOCO.”

She is not the first official from the erstwhile Mahama Administration who has been invited by EOCO after President Nana Akufo-Addo took office.

The former CEO of COCOBOD, Dr Stephen Oouni was also invited to EOCO some months ago after his appointment was terminated.

The brother of former President John Mahama; Ibrahim Mahama, was also invited by EOCO over tax issues with the Ghana Revenue Authority.

However, it is unclear why EOCO has invited Sedina Tamakloe Attionu.
