Monalisa Chinda dishes on love & respect in relationships

The Nollywood actress says loving respect is the best way to a woman's heart.

Monalisa Chinda, however, believes that partners are meant to add to each other's happiness levels and in order for men to make their women happier, love and respect are the biggest things to focus on.

The actress takes to Instagram earlier today, August 15 2017, and writes,

"I grew up watching my parents serve one another. Relationship is not just a union but a partnership designed by God.

"A man must derive pleasure from serving his girlfriend/wife. This can only be achieved in a relationship based on true love and mutual respect.

"A woman becomes even more beautiful and adorable for the man that pampers her.

"African men miss to understand that acts of love and respect brings out the best in a woman. #WeLoveToBeLoved"

Monalisa's view fits nicely into Gary Chapman that 'acts of service' is one of the five predominant love languages that guarantee happiness and bliss in relationships.

Love languages became a thing after the release of his book in 1995, which explains that getting gifts, quality time, physical touch and words of affirmation are the other four love languages to master in a relationship, depending on what one's partner likes.

So, which of these do you think is your love language?
