Andre Ayew Black Stars vice-captain backs team for all 3 points in Ghana

Andre Ayew took to Instagram to wish his international teammates good luck after injury ruled him out of the game against Mozambique

Black Stars vice-captain Andre Ayew has backed the senior national team of Ghana to get all three points from Mozambique at the Accra Sports Stadium on Thursday.

The Swansea City player was left out of Avram Grant’s 23-man-squad for the game after sustaining an ankle injury with the English Premier League team.

The Black Stars will also be without captain of the side Asamoah Gyan who got injured during the final training on Wednesday ahead of the clash with Mozambique.

Andre posted on his Instagram page ahead of the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier:

“Good luck guys!! Let’s get this 3 points in Accra.. With u in spirit”

The 2017 AFCON qualifying game between Ghana and Mozambique will kick-off at 3:30pm local time. [15:30 GMT].
