Bukom Banku who has nicknamed himself as the “African Mayweather” suffered an excruciating knockout in the 7th round at the Bukom Boxing Arena in Accra on Saturday night.
That didn't stop dancehall musician, Charles Nii Armah Mensah, popularly known as Shatta Wale, make fun of the boxer on his Facebook page with a simple message, "Oh bukom banku" with the face with tears of joy emoji attached to it.
In a non-title fight scheduled for 12 rounds, Bastie produced the performance of his career to end Bukom's undefeated record by stopping him in the seventh round.
