Ghanaian boxer floors Anzor Gamgebeli after two rounds

Ghanaian boxer Richard Commey outclassed Anzor Gamgebeli in Copenhagen, Denmark on Saturday

Richard Commey (24-0) of Sauerland Promotions put up a great boxing show against Gamgebeli stopping the Georgian in the second round.

Commey floored his opponent in the first round of the bout and twice more in the second round before the fight was stopped at 2.02.

The Ghana international who is mandatory challenger for the IBF World title promised to put on a show for his Danish fans saying ahead of the bout with Anzor Gamgebeli:

“I’m really looking forward to coming back to Copenhagen and putting on a show for the Danish fans.

“This is an important fight for me as I need to stay active. It’s a once in a lifetime opportunity to challenge for the World title and I want to make sure I have no ring rust and I’m in the best of possible shape, both physically and mentally.”
