President Akufo-Addo gets surprise visit from Didier Drogba

Didier Drogba was at the Presidency for the first time since Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo was made the president of Ghana.

The president posted a photo of his time with Ivory Coast international writing:

“A few minutes ago, the Chelsea Legend, Didier Drogba, paid me a surprise visit at the Presidency.”

The purpose of the visit is however, not known as President Akufo-Addo did not disclose in his post on Facebook.

Didier Drogba is a football player who recently played for Montreal Impact in the Major League Soccer in the United States of America.

The former Ivory Coast national team captain has previously played for English Premier League club Chelsea, French club Olympique Marseille and Turkish club Galatasaray.

Drobga teamed up with Ghanaian football star Michael Essien to watch their former Chelsea in their English Premier League game against Arsenal, a match they won by three goals to one.

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo unveiled the 60th anniversary logo for Ghana and announced the budget for the celebration on Thursday.
