Ghanaian striker Daniel Agyei played for Burnley as they lost 0-2 to Manchester United in the English Premier League on Sunday afternoon.

The victory moved the Red Devils within a point of local rivals Manchester City in the Champions League positions courtesy of first-half goals from Anthony Martial and Wayne Rooney.

Martial answered Jose Mourinho's challenge to show the right attitude by opening the scoring before Rooney bagged the second to show he isn't finished yet at United.

Their goals in United's comfortable win stretched their unbeaten league run to 23 and maintained their hopes of a top-four finish.

Burnley could not live with United's class, despite working hard, and have been dragged into the relegation fight on the back of a horrible sequence of just one win in 11 league games.
