Schlupp and Fosu-Mensah plays as Crystal Palace lose to Liverpool

Ghanaian duo Jeffrey Schlupp and Timothy Fosu-Mensah featured for Crystal Palace in their 1-0 defeat to Liverpool at Anfield.

The Reds were frustrated by a five man Crystal Palace defence, and had looked to have run out of ideas as the contest drifted towards a dull stalemate.

But the brilliant winger was showed great alertness and composure when virtually out of the blue he was presented with an outrageous stroke of fortune deep into the game.

Timothy Fosu Mensah played the entire duration whiles Jeffrey Schlupp came on in the 84th minute to replace Patrick Van Anholt.
