Philipp Lahm bemoaned his team's attitude after Bayern Munich twice let the lead slip to draw 2-2 with ten-man Eintracht Frankfurt on Saturday.

The Bayern captain claimed his side lacked the aggression that characterised the team during their four consecutive Bundesliga title victories.

The visitors led in the first half at Commerzbank-Arena through Arjen Robben, before being pegged back prior to the break by Szabolcs Huszti, who was later sent off.

Joshua Kimmich looked to have given the reigning champions all three points, only for Bayern to concede a late equaliser from Marco Fabian.

"I believe it was entertainment for the spectators, but for us it was too much entertainment," Lahm told Sky Sports.

"If you think it will work if you don't give a hundred per cent then there is the danger you lose the duels and the control.

"That's what happened with us today."

The result leaves Bayern top of the Bundesliga, two points clear of second-placed Cologne, but Lahm wants to see more application from his side.

"Nobody had the right attitude," he said.

"We have to ask why we can't show now what was typical for us in the last [few] years.

"That we have been one hundred per cent focused, always aggressive, that we put pressure on our opponents, play more aggressive, as well in possession."

Bayern's first opportunity to respond will come in the Champions League at home to PSV on Wednesday.
