Ghanaian football fans have been showing support both physical and spiritual for the Porcupine Warriors after their team bus run into a packed truck on the Nkawkaw-Kumasi Highway.
Kotoko finally resume training after road accident

The accident claimed the life of their deputy Equipment Officer Thomas Asare Obeng and several others sustained severe injuries.
Asante Kotoko cancelled all training sessions and the Premier League Board (PLB) have postponed two of their league games- against Hearts of Oak and West African Football Academy (WAFA).
They resumed training on Thursday, yet Obed Owusu was the only member of the 18 players on the bus that suffered road accident last week showed up.
Only the player who were not part of their trip to Accra to face Inter Allies were at training, with the exception of Obed Owusu.
The rest of the 18-man squad that were on the bus that got hit by road accident are yet to be declared fit to start training with the team.
“The players that were involved in the road accident didn’t train with the team, except Obed Owusu. He made some runs, but he didn’t participate in the actual training session.
“The rest of the playing body will be declared fit by the medical team before they can start training, probably next week Monday,” Ernest Appau, the coach of the Youth team told Pulse Sports.
Ernest Appau has been asked to take charge of the first team of Kotoko on an acting capacity, because of Steve Polack the head coach who is indisposed after sustaining various degrees of injuries in the road accident.
