Out of favor Spanish forward, Diego Costa has been excluded from the Chelsea UEFA Champions League Squad submitted on Monday, September 4, 2017.

Costa who made the claim that he did receive the message that he is no longer wanted by his manager has been on exile in his native Brazil.

The player was listed in the 25 man Premier League Squad but the English Champions in their bid to be crowned European Champions have kept him out of the squad.

Morata has also laid claim to the starting spot as he did register two goals and two assist in his first two games at the Stamford Bridge.
