Agyemang-Badu tips Wa All Stars to lift the trophy

Black Stars midfielder says Asante Kotoko still has a chance but Wa All Stars will win the league.

The Wa based side since they got promoted into the domestic top-flight championship eight seasons ago. They are on the verge of winning their first league trophy as they are leading the log sheet with 48, three points better than the second placed team Aduana Stars.

Agyemang-Badu has tipped Wa All Stars to lift the 2016 Ghana Premier League due to their impregnable form.

“Wa All Stars have a 98 per cent chance to win the league this year. If they are able to get a point against Liberty here in Accra, they can seal the league title,” Agyemang-Badu told Class FM.

He continued: “Kumasi Asante Kotoko also have a 92 per cent chance at the title. Aduana Stars with a 95 per cent chance can also wrestle. The title will be determined when they play against Liberty Professionals, who are also struggling to avoid relegation.”

Coach Enos Adepa’s side will play as guests to relegation threatening side Liberty Professionals at the Carl Reindoff Park in Dansoman.
