Dreams FC are vowed not to accept the decision of the Appeals Committee to kick them out of the Ghana Premier League
Dreams FC were demoted to division one by the Appeals Committee of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) for using Daniel Gozar/Cudjoe Mensah who was unqualified to have played their match day 24 game against Tema Youth two seasons ago in the GN Division One League.
Although Tema Youth’s protest was thrown out by the judicial bodies of the GFA, they proceeded to the Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS).
CAS referred the matter back to the FA instructing them to constitute the Appeals Committee to sit on the matter and after hearing the parties involved, they have demoted Dreams FC to Division One, while Tema Youth have been promoted to the topflight league.
However, Dreams FC have promised to fight the case to the latter.
“We have been given a raw deal. We were not even given a hearing before the matter was concluded," he fumed on Accra-based Asempa FM
"We have not even open our defence and we think it's not fair. We are going to fight this matter to its logical conclusion.
"The board will meet today (Thursday) to decide on the next line of action."
