Liberty Professionals confirm resigning Kennedy Ashia

The attacking midfielder has re-joined his former club on a free transfer

Ashia was very instrumental at Liberty Professionals last season, scoring about 10 league goals to help his side finish 5th on the league log.

He, then after signed for Al Hilal of Sudan to seek greener pastures overseas, however he couldn’t meet the mark of the Sudanese giants and had his contract terminated.

Kennedy Ashia has returned to Liberty Professionals, where he used to wear his favourite number 10 jersey.

“We managed to complete the registration of Kennedy Ashia, so he will be playing for Liberty Professionals in the second round,” a management member of the club told Pulse.com.gh.
