Gideon Baah came off the Bench to register his name on the score sheet in New Red Bull’s 7-0 victory over Frank Lampard’s New York City.

Stakes were very high in the derby game at the Yankee Stadium but the hosts made the tie easier when they scored 7 goals through a brace from McCarthy and Shaun Wright Philips, before Alex Muyl, Gonzalo Veron and Gideon Baah added goals to seal victory.

When Gideon Baah came on, his side were already leading 5-0, before he also capitalised on their sensational display to put a ball at the back of the net, his first since joining them from HJK Helsinki, Finland in February, 2016.
