Kenichi Yatsuhashi laments on bad pitches in Ghana

"The reason why these players can’t play well is because the pitches are not good" - Kenichi Yatsuahsi

According to the 46 year-old Japanese-American trainer, good pitches are part of player development and for the Ghana Premier League to get international audience those pitches must be improved.

“The pitches are not helping to promote the league. We can’t play the way we want to play and while our people watch the English Premier League, the Bundesliga and the La Liga, I think they will take a leaf from them.

“The reason why these players can’t play well is because the pitches are not good,” he told the Graphic Sports.
