Boateng, 29 fetched the Canaries the opener in the 40th minute, before Momo doubled their lead.
But Raul Garcia pulled one back for Atletic Bilbao in the 79th minute, before Jonathan Viera completed the onslaught for Las Palmas in the 90th minute.
The goal scored was Kevin Prince Boateng's 5th for Las Palmas since joining them this summer.
