Ghanaian international explains why he chose Las Palmas
Kevin-Prince Boateng has revealed that he decided to play for the Canneries to explore the La Liga.

Kevin-Prince Boateng had a good start to his La Liga career, scoring in his debut for the club in their 4-1 thrashing of Valencia.
“Why not? I had two or three opportunities as well,” Boateng told El Larguero.

“[I chose Las Palmas because] first, I had never played in Spain and secondly, the president called me and asked for me to be here.
“Besides, this is a very nice place. For me, it was the right choice.”
The 29-year-old was part of the Black Stars team that played in the 2010 and 2014 FIFA World Cups.
