Franco Mostert in for Du Toit in South Africa squad
A hamstring injury has ruled Pieter-Steph du Toit out for up to six weeks, with Franco Mostert replacing him in South Africa's squad to face Ireland.
The Springboks face Ireland in a three-match series starting on June 11, but prop Du Toit has been ruled out for up to six weeks with a grade two tear.
South Africa have subsequently called up second-row forward Mostert, who was originally in the 'A' squad to play England Saxons.
Head coach Allister Coetzee also has fitness concerns over centre Jesse Kriel (sternum) and prop Trevor Nyakane (shoulder).
